Theorem LTS | The Enterprise Gateway Marketplace for Legal
The Asia-Pacific Legal Innovation and Technology Association (ALITA) and legal tech platform Theorem LTS today announce a partnership to develop ALITA’s new online membership portal.
The Theorem platform will power access to a legal tech marketplace with a suite of ready-to-use legal technology tools, shared vendor intelligence, and click-to-launch technology test drives for members of ALITA, the regional body for Asia’s legal innovation and technology ecosystem based out of Singapore. ALITA aims to use this portal as a one-stop platform for members to discover and experiment with new legal tech tools, and to gain access to these tools at exclusive rates.

ALITA’s newest offering, which will be available on an exclusive and voluntary basis for its members to sign up and use, is expected to be completely rolled out sometime later this year.

This announcement promises to build upon the association’s aims to connect and coordinate the region’s legal technology initiatives and development. It will also complement ALITA’s suite of initiatives that provide the APAC legal industry with access to extensive legal technology data and guidance. These initiatives include:
The Legal Tech Observatory, which aims to be the world's first real-time database of legal tech players and initiatives in the Asia-Pacific. The association receives input from a broad spectrum of legal tech actors–including several global law firms, legal departments, vendors, service providers and academic institutions with presence in the region.
Access to the state of development of legal technology in over 10 APAC jurisdictions through the “State of Legal Innovation in the Asia-Pacific” Report, which was first released at the Stanford CodeX conference in April 2019 and is now in its third edition.
The ALITA sponsored Legal Innovation Strategy Toolkit, which provides guidance to leaders of legal innovation on how to develop and plan their jurisdiction’s legal innovation strategy.
