TheDup™ is a new module for IG Insight that finds and merges duplicate contacts in TeamConnect. It identifies all the associated references to the contact, such as invoices, line items, and involvement and gives you insight into how to clean bad data. Unlike a traditional exact search, TheDup uses proprietary “fuzzy searches” to find all variations of duplicates, solving one of the biggest challenges of deduplication. Then, all you need to do is to verify the dupes and click to approve contacts to be merged!
