QuicklySign is business e-signature software used by teams in lettings, recruitment, accountancy, and financial services. It helps organisations move agreements and acknowledgements online while maintaining a clear evidence trail.
Users upload a PDF, place required fields (signature, initials, date, text), assign one or more recipients, and set the signing order. Senders can monitor progress from sent to completed and download a certificate showing timestamps, IP addresses, and key events for each document. Recipients sign on desktop or mobile without creating an account.
Teams can reuse documents with templates, apply simple branding, set automated reminders and expiries, and invite colleagues with role-based access. Enterprise customers can enable single sign-on (SSO), use the API and web-hooks to integrate sign events into internal systems, and request security and data-processing documentation.
