Security and compliance
CaseCloud™ runs on the Salesforce platform and inherits its security and compliance certifications, including ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, FedRAMP, HIPAA, and GDPR. Data is encrypted in transit and can be encrypted at rest. U.S. public sector customers are supported by CJIS-compliant AWS infrastructure.
