Gen Complaw software is the ROC software for ROC filing as well as e-Forms, XBRL, Resolutions, Minutes, Registers and various MIS reports.
The MCA software makes complete filing of the XBRL without any error. The software works on sorting out the statutory compliance of the companies act 2013, which works upon the minutes and register.
There are multiple forms available on the software like AOC-4, MGT-7, ADT-1, DIR-12,23AC, 23ACA, etc, and are handy as per the Companies Act 1956/2013.
