About

Background

Delium is a legal technology company that was founded in Scotland and now has two offices in Brisbane and Edinburgh. Our team works globally with litigators, courts, arbitrators and mediators. The majority of our clients are in Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States.

Capabilities

We offer a responsive and adaptable, cloud-based solution supporting the review, analysis and high-quality presentation of evidence at trial or arbitration.

For evidence presentation solutions to be effective, they must adhere to the principles of due process and ensure that all court users can participate equally and equitably, regardless of the hearing format. Delium stands as a testament to this inclusivity, ensuring that individuals can seamlessly and meaningfully engage with evidence, whether they are physically present, attending remotely or participating in a hybrid setting. This commitment upholds the ideals of a just and accessible legal system, fostering fairness and integrity in every case.

How does this work? Delium's unique and patented technology was specifically designed to be personalised and interactive. A personal electronic copy of the presented evidence is put into the hands of each hearing participant. Everyone can independently interact with their own copy of the presented evidence with full interactivity to annotate, scroll forwards and backwards, and zoom.

Delium is uniquely tailored to address the personalised needs of all court users, recognising the diversity of participants and ensuring each individual's unique circumstances are considered. Beyond the courtroom, Delium promotes transparency by providing public access (where appropriate) for news organisations, researchers, court watchers and law students.

As the platform does not require display staff to set up or run, Delium puts the legal team back in control of the evidence. Whether legal teams are technically savvy or not, Delium's cutting edge approach is designed to give legal teams the upper hand in finding, analysing and presenting evidence.
